The debut & beyond
Coming to you from the people who brought you the RVA Tomahawks Semi Pro Football team, 2023 was the debut of the RVA Lady Tomahawks. We hoped to bring the success that was made in numerous leagues in the local levels as well as at the national level to Women's football in the Richmond, VA area. We found their is a want, and a need to showcase some amazing talent, as well as continue the Tomahawk winning tradition in adult football, all while providing a family atmosphere for entertainment, as well as comradery. After finishing the first 2 seasons with a championship runs, 2025 looks to continue to grow our amazing team and family, and plan to continue for many years to come.
Lady Tomahawks to join powerhouse A.W.F.L. for 2025!!
After a second successful season, your Lady Tomahawks have made the decision to up the ante and go all in, and join a powerhouse league made up of former and current championship teams from across the country. The A.W.F.L has teams from Texas, Carolinas, Georgia, Michigan, Virginia, and more, and should be a good fit for the Lady Tomahawks, from both the operational standpoint, as well as caliber of teams to not only challenge us, but provide some amazing football for our Tomahawk fans!
